Order Status
Orders are usually processed within 24 hours, excluding public holidays.
Once your order is placed, you'll receive a confirmation email. A separate shipping confirmation with tracking info will be sent once your order ships.
You can track your order anytime through your account or by using the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email.
If your order includes multiple items, they may be shipped separately. You'll receive a unique tracking number for each shipment.
Shipping & Delivery
We ship worldwide!
1) Orders are normally processed within 24 business hours. Given high-volume periods or promotional events, additional 1-3 business days may be required.
2) Delivery usually takes 7–20 days, depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. Delays may occur due to incomplete/erroneous address details, customs inspection procedures, regional carrier capacity constraints, severe weather events or local transit disruptions may prolong delivery time.
3) Tracking may take up to 72 hours to update after your package ships.
Customs & Duties
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees. In select countries, duties and taxes may be prepaid during checkout for a smoother delivery process.
